Asian Style Steak
Prep Time: 3-6 hours Cook Time: 5 mins
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp minced ginger
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
650g top blade steak
Toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnishing
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: Whisk the ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 2: Place steak and marinade in a zip-top bag and refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours.
STEP 3: Grill steak on high heat for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare steaks.
STEP 4: Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
STEP 5: Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and green onion slivers on top to garnish.
