BBQ Breakfast Burrito

INGREDIENTS

bacon (or sausage)
eggs
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch chives
1 block parmesan cheese, grated
extra virgin olive oil
butter
milk
salt
pepper
tortilla shells (ready-prepared ones)
barbecue sauce

 


DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Scramble the eggs as you like them while you are cooking the bacon or sausage.

STEP 2: When the eggs are about done, put the tortilla on a pan and warm it for 30 seconds to a minute.

STEP 3: Place the eggs in the tortilla, followed by the bacon and grated cheese.

STEP 4: Add the barbecue sauce.
