Spicy Lamb Cutlets

INGREDIENTS
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 garlic clove, crushed
12 Heart Smart Frenched lamb cutlets
1 cup thick Greek-style yoghurt
1 bunch coriander, leaves picked and chopped
Salt and pepper, to preferred seasoning
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: Combine olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander and garlic clove. Place lamb cutlets in a dish and spread with the spice mix. Now marinate.
STEP 2: Combine thick Greek-style yoghurt and fresh coriander to make the dip. Season with salt and pepper. Now refrigerate the dip.
STEP 3: Heat a barbeque or chargrill pan on medium-high temperature. Cook the cutlets for 2-3 minutes each side for medium. Cool slightly, then serve with the dip...and enjoy.
