Slow Cooked Chicken Tikka Masala

INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken thigh fillets, cut into large pieces
2 x 400g cans crushed tomatoes
2 large brown onions, thinly sliced
200g tikka masala paste
60ml thickened cream
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander
Steamed basmati rice, raita, to serve
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: Combine chicken, tomatoes, onion and paste in a 5L slow-cooker. Cook, covered, on high for 3 1/2 hours.
STEP 2: Drizzle with cream and sprinkle over coriander.
STEP 3: Serve with steamed rice and raita.
